Dear sir, i gave my zest for 4th free service on saturday. They promised to deliver the next day. Then they said there is a problem with washing motor and the bike will be delivered today at 6pm. When we went at 6, the bike was just taken for wash and was delivered only at 6.45pm, after many chase.
Only compliant we have was self starter defect. Unfortunately, it wasn't attended. At the show room, we had to kick 8 times to start. When we enquired about it, they said by mistake they didn't attend. I don't know what did they really do for 3 days.
The vehicle was bought on 8.2.18. Exactly after 1 year we got into this problem. Varsha says that battery is warranted for 1 year only. Since we have exceeded by few days, we need to pay. It is completely unprofessional and unethical.
