I am sabna tc, working in a private firm. I bought tvs ntorq on 10/05/2018 from new top tvs thamarassery. I am not satisfied with the product and service provided by the dealer. With in 3 months it is reported starting problem 3 times. At the time of service they told that the problem is relating to plug and auto chalk.. Any how the problem is still existing. Now iam thinking of filing a complaint in consumer court because the scooter bought only before 3 months. But being an honest customer i expect the remedial mesures from the company. So please take necesery action to replace the product
