[Resolved] TVS Tyres — complaining about tyre warranty

I bought new tubeless rear tyre for my tvs apache, with two years warranty but tyre is damage within 20 month. When air is filled in the tyre it get bumps on the tyre and it cause bubbling and disbalance while riding the bike. Its still in warranty period and i want to exchange the tyre, but the dealer from where i bought it is not going to help me out. I visit to the deal two times with the original bill, but he is making me fool and doing anything.

@tvs tyre, please let me know is this the way to treat your customer...?

Please suggest me how can i proceed to the next higher label complaint for tvs tyre.
