[Resolved] TVS Tyres — Cracked tyres and front shockers

First of all, thanks to consumers complaint team, earlier I forwarded my complaint on your portal dated 11/01/17, , regarding cracked tyres TVS JUPITER. I got a quick response, thanks to your team. I got a call from the head office from Madurai. Head person, he appointed a person to call me from the Delhi office named Mr Sunil Pal, Mr Sunil Pal called me and directed me to TVS showroom to get the tyre inspected and they gave me a letter stated rear tyre has got cracks, showroom people told me to get the tyre replaced at a tvs dealer, and Mr Sunil Pal and the dealer got together and created false stories as they didn't want to replace my cracked tyre and the tyre dealer asked me for money and after listening from the tyre dealer I called Mr Sunil Pal again, and he started to yell at me, he was so rude, he said you will have to pay the money as a bribe.

I will suggest all the people, not to rely on TVS products in future.

Updated by go4anuraagsharma I bought TVS JUPITER about 2years ago and drove it for 6000kms and I drive it locally, tyres got cracked, also front shockers got difunctional. My cousin also faced the exact problem. Also I opted for 5 years extended warranty.

I have got to know about the similar complaint from other people as well (about the faulty tyres)

I will also lodge a complaint to consumer court.

I would never recommend TVS products to anyone.

TVS tyres are worst ever wuality tyre.I use activa 3g a year ago & it has allready ran 6000 km, the tyre got punctured thrice a day today, still the local vendore told me, cheap quality tyre it is.please do not choose TVS tyre at the time of delivery of your vehicle better prefer CEAT or MRF.
