Dear Sir/Madam I was purchase new Bike (Date 21/10/2014) and My Bike Is Total KM.17000 (Less Then). i'm observing that Air is leaking on beading of rim/Tyre i complained both service center and also Tyre distributor they are telling warranty is not applied due to its punctured So I have call To your Dealer so Dealer Said Tyre Warranty Only One Year .Your website In Write 5 Year Warranty . http://www.tvstyres.com/aboutus/warranty.php I Have shock Here Your Policy So Much Different .please help us to solve the Issue... my contact no. I was purchased a hero splender bike on n[protected], which is include tvs tyre now this tyre is damaged.. I go to this shop for show my tyre but they told that is not possible for replace the tyre due to exceed of running capacity which is 17710km.but tvs tyre giving 5years warranty over the tyre also 50000km.so kindly look the matter

My brand new tvs Apache 200 2021 April purchase had problem in 1st day I took delivery, i informed service manager and manager next day they told Tyre is faulty and manufacturing defects, they asked to do check from professional for any pucher but it was not identified from more than 4-5 tyre guys, after one month service manager arranged tvs tyre guy the found one thin line and made pucher fix .. but problem did not solve after fixing 7 time on same spot in one year with runnig only 6300 the hole was giving cracks on top side of every puncher problem not solved now dealer give me replacement letter to dealer and dealer is refusing to replace the tyre i spent almost 1000 INR ON IT i need replacement as respect for patience i co operate with TVS FOR 1YEAR, .
