[Resolved] TVS Tyres — Regarding Tyre bubble problem after 8200 KM

This is with reference to a worst unexpected damage in my tvs tyre of my hero maestro edge which bought in nov 2018. My scooter has completed only 8200 KM and rear tyre has gone very bad shape now as there are bubbles appeared on the tyre causing abnormal shape of tyre. I am not able to control my scooter and also had an accident last week.I want full replacement of my tyre.
