[Resolved] TVS Tyres — TVs scooter tyre bubbles problem only after 8500 km.

I purchased activa 125, in which tvs tyre is used and after using only 8500 km, my tyre got damaged (bubbles problem). Totally disappointed with this, as I was not expecting this at so early. So please provide me best solution regarding my issue and try to replace my tyre as early as possible. Why are u asking for contact number, as someone from tvs tyres called me yesterday and when I picked up the phone, no one spoke and disconnected the phone.
Firstly tell me I have mentioned my tyre with Sr. No. And my tyre depth is still approx 3mm.
So what will your replacement procedure, plz tell me properly
