[Resolved]  TVS Tyres — tyre bulge

Hi,
I purchased a 90/100/10 tvs dragon tyre for my activa scooter on 22-feb-2017. I purchase this tyre because the dealer sri banashankari tyre care center specifically told me that the tyre has got life time guarantee for manufacturing defects. He said none of the other companies like mrf or ceat provide that. It was for this reason, i purchased this tyre. I noticed on 14-jan-19 that the tyre had a bulge. It is very uncomfortable to ride. When i consulted other tyre mechanics i was informed that the tyre cannot be repaired but has to be replaced. The tyre does not have much wear and tear.
When i approached the same dealer with the bill, he started giving all kinds of excuses for not honoring the warranty like it is not a manufacturing defect, the vehicle has run for more than 10000 kms after tyre change, there is more than 50% wear and tear etc. He had not disclosed all these at the time of purchase.
My usage is normal within bangalore city limits. I use normal bangalore road - not country side or unpaved roads. If the tyre cannot withstand these kinds of normal indian roads and warranty cannot be provided for these cases, what is the point in having life time warranty?
Please check and provide me a replacement at the earliest.
