TVS WEGO — Faulty product | |||
I had purchased a TVS WEGO last year. The product was defective ( fuel indicator and signalling system not working) on the day of delivery Subsequently in the warranty period the scooter has failed several times and everytime some patchwork is done there on The company is refusing to reimburse my cost on the scooter Moreover the company sales person is trying to avoid the matter by stating that issue is because of non servicing whereas it has been serviced regularly Was this information helpful? | |||

Even i have problems with TVS Wego, Auto Start is not working, Technians say its fuse problem they put a copper wire around the fuse and claim its been rectified. when i started my vehicle this morning flames came out of my vehicle and when i checked all the wires got burnt and it failed to start after that, after serveral complaints they have not rectified the problem its been 3 months i have purchased this vehicle and i a certainly not happy with TVS Wego, I DONT RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO BUY TVS WEGO.
