[Resolved]  Samsung And Bajaj Finance — refund against faulty product

Hi,

I bought samsung led tv from croma on emi(from bajaj finance) on 12 Jan 2013.
After I found that I tried to connect 500 gb hard disk but same was not able to detect. I called samsung customer care multiple times and after which technician visited.
He confirmed that there is issue and informed same to their superiors.
Post that I recieved several calls that same peice is not available with samsung then there are two options:-
1) Refund
2) Repair.
I asked samsung to put same on email. Earlier , samsung hesited to do the same. But finally they sent email to me on 1st march 2013.
I was busy over the week in office work because I replied on 9th March 2013 that I would like to go ahead with refund option.

Now samsung is asking me bill payment statements(credit card) and NOC from finance company(Bajaj finance).
I did enquiry at bajaj finance today(11 march 2013), they said NOC can only be given after complete payment.
Further, samsung customer is now calling every day asking me to submit documents on immediate basis , otherwise refund option may be invalidated.
And forcibly I will have to go for repair option.

For a normal person, main purpose of taking an item on emi is amount might not be available with customer.Now remaining amount is around 78000.
I tried to request both samsung and bajaj finance to understand my problem. But both are saying they can't do anything.

Thus I want to know:-
1) Is it mandatory to submit NOC to samsung for refund.
Is there any way out?

Thanks bajaj representative...Samsung has got back with replacement model suddenly after one month. I am in talks with them. Once I am done with that I will get in touch with you. According to my communication with samsung, i will respond to you, and then I will close this.
