[Resolved]  Samsung Plasma Tv — Samsung Complaint - Plasma TV (Reference number is: [protected])

Dear Sir,

This below mentioned mail i have send to CEO office but no response from that office and i am still waiting for call & for refund it's already 2.5 months over but nobody responding me in a proper & exact details but you will get to know as per my below mail & hopefully you will understand my problem. Nobody has such time to spend whole day to talk Samsung people/ customer care but earlier that Samsung engineer has committed to me for refund & he has taken fill form from my side but this happened 2.5 months before and that's why I am submitting my complain to you.



"As discussed over the phone, I had bought a Samsung Plasma TV (refer the attached bill for further details) on[protected] from Ambience Mall- Open World(Dawar International Electronics Pvt. Ltd., however from the past 2 months thin dark lines started to appear on the screen, I contacted your service centre, and the concerned engineer informed us that the the panel would have to be changed, however, later called and informed me that the said panel is presently not available and will take time to come, hence, I would get a refund of the amount spend by me on the said TV. He further confirmed that he has completed full formalities of the refund and the cheque will be arriving at my address. Please note, it has been 2 months since I was given this assurance, and I continue to wait for the cheque. Based on the assurance provided by your service engineer, I purchased another TV set, only to be very recently informed that the said Panel is now available after months delay, and I would not be receiving any refund, but replacement of the said Panel. since then I have received numerous call from different service engineers with various misleading commitments.

There were many representatives who called me for this matter and assured for refund but unfortunately no one has fulfilled the commitment yet. Given, Samsung is one of the top brands in the world, I would expect it to honour its original commitment of a refund.

As mentioned above, I have already bought a new TV on the basis of your commitments and would not require another one as of now. Accordingly, I request you to please make refund of the TV which cost us INR 41,000 without any further delay, else I would be constrained to take legal action against you in the appropriate forum at your sole cost and expense. This e-mail is without prejudice to my rights.

Looking forward for a speedy process and fulfilled commitment!"

SAMSUNG PLASMA TV — poor showroom feedback from croma

The showroom response to my complaint is very bad.Don't expect this kind of service from tata - company maintained showroom
Croma retail center and lenovo together made me fool by saying no smell is coming out of my laptop. Great to see the association between both the parties. My laptop is still giving plastic burning smell but croma guys are not ready to accept it. Croma is nothing more than a fool making machine. We thought of buy some more item but now we will not do this mistake again by entering any croma out let. please never allow your near and dears to buy any item from croma. My experience with croma is disgusting

i am facing the same problem with my plasma TV and samsung engineers and there service center is misleading me.
