[Resolved] Samsung Tv 46es8000 — international warranty | |||
This is kind your request that i have bought a samsunng smart LED 3D TV (UA46ES8000) From Seven Wonders Electronics Tr.LLC, Dubai on 29th Jan,2013, but within few days after installation done by samsung technical person my TV is not working and i made online complain and the person came to my house and took photo of the bill of the purchaser. After few days he calledup and said your request for the replace of the power socket was rejected due to the serial no of the TV is from Behrin instead of Dubai. I made many mail communication with the support samsung india, but they are not ready to solve the problem even after i have submitted the international warranty card also. it has already one month by making mail and waiting for the support.i sent all the details what they wanted but no reply till today Pl do the needful Gaurav Shah Was this information helpful? | |||
