Brought tvs zest scooter under name of my wife deepti tripathi in the month of may. At that time there was issued over emi amount which was higher than which was told at the time of enquiry. Had word with mr. Nitin sharma ([protected]) who is terroritory sales manager and he referred me to mr. Sandeep (Emp id 5017413) finance person, now who left the job, he told me to buy the product and promise that extra around rs 1360 will be refunded to me and one emi waiver too. But again when i contacted to mr nitin related to my issue, he gave new number which belongs to mr sanjeev verma ([protected]) who assured me that my issues will be resolved but now several months has been passed nothing has been done.
