Typejobs.com — i haven't even started the work, yet forced to pay penalty indirectly | |||
I applied for the job but got to know about the scam. Now i'm refusing to work but they are forcing me and saying that, we will send the workload and it's your choice you want to do or not. It clearly means that they will force me with the penalty. What should i do? I'm a student and i'm not able to pay such penalties without any mistake. What is the point of imposing penalty if i haven't even started the work yet I refused that i don't want the work but they are forcing me saying that we'll send the work tomorrow. Do not pay such people. They give false and baseless threats. First of all report a case under CYBER CRIME of india dept. Put all the numbers they have been calling you and their website url and post picture evidences. Their contract or agreement doesn't hold a legal value
No court is free to hear such baseless cases o[censored]nregistered and fake companies. These companies cannot even go to the court because they'll themselves fall into trouble. They've hired a middle aged man who give you legal threats posing as a lawyer. Do not pay anything. This is a strategy only to fetch money out of innocent people because they feel india is full of ### they can fool.

I am facing the same problem from hire job indore getting messages call mail what should I do . Should I just block and ignore as I have ready on most site. I have spoken to some one from ncc they say ignore . How did your issue close pls tell
