I have ordered 4 bridgestone tyres (Order no : tow15910apr646280 )
For my corolla car from this site http://www.tyreonwheels.com/.
Which came to rs 21, 336.00 and was paid using my credit card.
They have promised dispatch in 2 working days, but its more than 10 days there is no response from the dealer. I have sent frequent mails to them ([protected]@tyreonwheels.com) but got no reply. The contact number...

Sir my order id is-TOW15870apr450197.i order it on 6 apr 016 they confirm my order receive full payment after that day they can't give other massage regarding dispatch or any updated process. they ensure 2 or 3 day delivery but almost 12 days over.even they can't receive phone call most off the time busy or ring the bell and cut the phone.sir i m feeling very helpless.

I had complained here about tyreonwheels not processing my order, order no TOW15593FEB254877, after you had sent a reminder to their customer support they responded stating that they do not have stock and they will refund it, it's almost 10 days with repeated reminders they have not processed the refund . I had called the customercare after a week of placing the order they said will get it in a week, from that day till now this fools have purposely created some problem to their phone and it is not getting connected, even they have blocked their mail id, now i don't have any idea how to contact this...

I have placed the order on 11th March 2016 (order#TOW15680Mar130885), made a complete payment thru my credit card. Status still shows that payment is under process. Please I suggest you that don't go for this site to buy tyres. They are totally fraud. Director Name is Rajat Malhotra, Anil Malhotra and Ceo Punit Malhotra. I have ordered tyre on 26 /02/2016. Payment of Rs 18889/- was done at the time of ordering. I was in regular contact with them. They said your tyre will be delivered by Wednesday ie on 9/03/2016. After 9 th of march, i called them about the delivery of tyre, they said your tyre will be delivered in this week only. I had ordered and paid online for a Pulsar 180 rear tyre from tyreonwheels.com on 11Febuary and cancelled the same on 12 Febuary. SInce then I call them every 3 days to check on my refund. They keep lying the refund has been initiated and will be credited to your bank in 2 days. Now they have stopped revceiving my call and don't respond to my emails also. I don't know what to do to take legal action against such a fraud company.
