Hello everyone
I had a bad experience in online shopping on www.tyreonwheels.com. I ordered a 2 tyres and paid via my credit card.But still now no information about my product shipping. I called many time with their customer care number[protected] and send so many mails regarding this issue.But no response in any manner.They are cheating peoples i think.Kindly give me some legal suggestion to take action.

I have registered a complaint before saying I didn't receive my order with order number TOW14542Nov65593 I got a cal after that saying your complaint is going to be resolved from +[protected] and +[protected] this number!! He asked for card details and one time password was send so he asked that also as a part of confirmation and after that 1500rs was deducted from my account!!! And he asked for password again and I didn't say it.finally...

I ordered a mechilin pilot street radial 150/110 with order no: TOW14542Nov65593 costing 5800 and paid money through debit card on 7th November and its 22st today and still now I haven't got any response from the company.their customer service has no reply and their what's app service has no reply too.i want to get my money refund so please help in doing this! That person has the automated customer care VR and order processing system. All our money goes into his pocket and no normal person can find him out easily.
