I have ordered 4 tyres (Yokohama Advan ST, 235/R16)for my XUV 500 on February 26th 2015 and paid 58840 from sons ICICI Bank NRI Account.I have been provided with the Reference number TOW9761Feb718105. After three days the company informed me the tyre is not in stock andwait for a week to get it.I waited for more than 10 days and finally after several follow up call they gave me a waybill number of professional courier. I ordered 2 nos. tyres for my car thinking that i will have the luxury of getting tyres at my home. But alas that i made a blunder by ordering tyres from tyresonwheels.com and my ignominy started. Once booked and paid full money online, there was no news of when will i get the tyres, no updates, no picking of calls and then after multiple tries every day, all i get to hear is that it will be done. but when??? was not answered. shameful are...

I have placed and cancelled the order immediately after findin the proce was diffeent when i submitted the order, i have been told that the amount will be refunded, but even after 2 months of follow up till thay have not refunded, poor response manged in very unprofessional way.....

I had ordered for one tyre on May 21st 2015 and they said it would be delivered and fitted at my residence in 2-3 working days. Today it is June 9th and I have still not received the delivery. I have paid 1000 rupees online as advance payment by debit card. I have called them around 50 times so far most of the time not answered and sometimes when they do they just make up some stories and say it'll be delivered in 2 days or some nonsense...

They are no1 cheaters, worst customer care service, damaged my alloy while installation, installed wrong / duplicate product.

Dont purchase by looking at the refund and return policy after getting money there is no service. . . Totally nil after service.

Better purchase on snapdeal and amazon or flipkart.

Hi Guys, I bought front and rear tyre for my fazer from tyreonwheels.com. They sent me faulty tyres which was informed to them with in 14 hrs from the time i have received them. The front tyre was out of shape and rear tyre got cracks on wall thus resulting in puncture as soon as fitted to the alloy.
