U S Polo Assn — jacked purchased last year

I have bought a jacket (3600/- black color) from connaught place - new delhi. I hardly wore it 4-5 times last year. After dry clean same is stored in to my wardrobe. Current winters when i used it, leather coating from neck piping getting dissolve. I visited in sonipat showroom for complaint but they don't even entertain regarding this complaint. According to them their is no policy of return.

I am a loyal customer o[censored]. S. Polo but this is my 2nd case with company product. 1st time i didn't even raise any query as t-shirt was of rs. 1600/- but this time value is even high also because of second case.

I am a potential customer who can buy an article by paying decent amount in return we expect at lease same will be use by us at least 3-4 years.

But it can only be wore by me 7-8 times, it looks weird when i used to wear this jacket due to neck piping which almost faded from brown to white.
