Did Your Driver Match The Profile Photo?: Hi, Today i take a drive from uber for first time. Gazipur to pandav ngr this amount showing on my app 134 sundenlly chnged the driver photo and driver cab number and driver sunden call me and we have to sit but suden changed the amount on my drop location its amount is 365. This is very bad to all o[censored]s. Please we are facing very bad problem in uber app. Driver playing a game with auto changed the loction and he took to much amount. This is not small amount. Suppose we have not extra amount to pay the driver related to app amount and driver off location amount. For this application first time very bad experince face. Driver also ask drop location why? Ghazipur to pandav nagar not a big location this is very near by. I dont want my amount on app please provide my amount on my account [protected]. Please provide my refund for this complaint. Hi, Please i want back my money in my bank account that already been given you on my complaint. I want back my money to three drives First drive is: Date 8-12-19 my app amount is 134.82 but driver take cash 365.82. I have seen in recepit mention tolls, surcharge & fees not provide by driver to any trip. My family and me here there is no toll not another fee paid by the driver. Please send amount to this three trip on my bank account. I dont want any explanation for this I want my refund. Regards, Sachin kumar
