Uber — Deduction of money from paytm | |||||
I booked an uber cab on 25th of december from hebbal church.. The estimated time shown was 10 mins.. I thought of waiting but aftr 1 min when i checked the estimated time it was showing 13mins the cab was goin far away from the location. I tried calling the driver several times but he did not tak my call. When he finally accepted my call he said he wont be able to come due to high traffic so i cancelled the trip and i booked another cab which was closer to me than the previous one. My uber account is connected with paytm and uber has deducted rs 100 from my paytm account. It was not my mistake that your driver could not reach the location or for his unprofessional behavioir. Your service is not at all customer oriented, uber service is becoming worse day by day. Rs 100 was deducted without any reason. Your driver will make mistakes and delay the trip and he doesn't even have the manners to call and let his passenger know that he wont be able to come and on the other hand the passengers have to pay for their mistakes. I did not even know that rs 100 is deducted until i checked my paytm wallet where it was clearly shown that uber has deducted rs 50 twice. I am very dissapointed with your service, i would request you to please give me back my rs 100 and take some action. My email id registered with uber is cuddle.
