Uber — driver behavior

My name is tushar nadkarni mobile number [protected]. On 9th sept i booked uber from dadar as i was in the train traveling from goa to mumbai i had passed kurla and almost reaching dadar. We booked a uber and told the driver will reach in 10 minds the driver was very abusive. I gave the phone to my wife and he began to a use my wife. I sent the call recordings to uber. As the driver forced me to cancel the trip and i got a cancelation fee charge. I ha e to book another cab from dadar that's a local cab was cheated by that driver as well. Uber premium promises the best driver services me and my wife were welcome with abuses. Uber is not concerned out. We need a sticit action to be taken a d uber need to compisate on all the streess as that to go through on 10rh sept.
