I booked a trip on 16th oct 2018 from igi t3 arrival to noida sec 74. I was dropped at my location but the driver didn't end his trip in the app. Now we i am trying to book a new ride, uber is saying that i have an outstanding balance of rs 3500 for the ride which i never took. I have booked uber and driver it self canceled it in one minute.nor either he call me.he it self canceled the trip and the balance is deducted from my paytm.why ? it is not the way, driver cancled the trip and the balance is deducted from customer.kindly please refund my balance.
