Uber — driver problem.

I booked a uber on 2/jun/2018 (Saturday evening around 7:50 pm). When uber reached at my location. Driver said to me to wait for 10 minutes as he was smoking. Driver was unprofessional so i cancelled the trip. And deducted 42 rup from my paytm account. This is redeculous. I want my money back asap.

I have been charged twice for a trip, once in cash and once via credit card. The support desk refuses to refund my cash amount.
