I have oredered 21st Jan and done my payment through paytm wallet. But my amount is deducted and order was not successful. I have reorder with cod option. But still I am not get my refund. When I was tried to contact support they was replied like below. See the attachment.
I orderded the food from uber eats. But my order was unsuccessful. But amt was debited in my paytm account. If i contact and call d person improper reaponse. Irresponsible people uber eats. First time i tried. I had a very bad experience. Very bad service from uber eats. Other apps are bit fine dy r ving customer care people to help people. But here nothing. Worst app.

I had ordered food from Rollz & Grillz- Ernakulam on 8/5/19. first my son opened the packet took one bite and he vomited. Then when all the pack was opened it had such bad smell. It was late night around 10pm. if it would had happend in morning i would defently would have taken to food inspector.
We believe the food delivered to us is fresh and not rotten . You people in uber eats are playing with the health of public.
Thank god that my son didnt eat all the food ordered. such disgusting it was.
Why are you sending rotten food. i dont want any credit facility to my uber account i want the amount to be refunded back to me.i am deleting this app facility.

UberEats India cheats customers.
This is how they cheat:
1. When and if a restaurant cancels an order, the money is not refunded immediately and instead, is asked to wait for 5-7 days.
2. Then they claim that due to 'some technical glitch' from thier end, they cannot refund the money but will give the same amount as Uber credits.
3. Next, when you try to use the Uber credits, you won't be able to!
They do not have a phone line for customer care, you cannot even chat anymore! And their email support does not reply most of the time.
Conclusion: Once UberEats debits your money, it's gone for ever!

I have ordered food by Uber eats from Dande's Hyderabadi biryani, bangalore.
I ordered veg biryani and instead of that i received nonveg biryani .i am a pure vegetarian person and can't tolerate this type of negligence.
Moreover i want to register a complaint against uber eats and take strict step against them.
