Uber India — amount deducted without riding | |||
On 10th april -19 i have booked uber auto. But driver did not come to pick me and started trip and amount also deducted from my paytm account. Then i have booked a auto again from same pick up point and that trip successfully completed also. Then i have raise complain against old one trip and asked uber to refund my money back. But i got revert from uber that i have completed trip. How can i completed 2 trip with in 10 min from same pick up point. I have screenshot also. Pls refer the attached screenshot. Now from uber nobody is reverting. This is 2nd time happend when uber is not resolving my issue. Last time also u have sent approx 10 mails but no response and i lost my money Was this information helpful? | |||

Some times due to the fault of driver my trips were cancelled, but cancellation amount had been added in my Next trips.This cancellation amount by default to be paid compulsorily by our Side.Kindly rectify the issue in the System.
