Uber has come up with the concept of otp recently. However, i don’t think the software has been completely updated. This has happened almost 6-7 times now that i haven’t received an otp and the auto/cab driver has asked me for otp. If i haven’t received an otp from where should i tell them the otp? Plus the drivers are very rude and unprofessional. Today was the worst. I had to miss my bus because of this nonsense. There is no customer care number on which we can call and complaint as well. This is not acceptable. Something needs to be done regarding this. We cannot waste our time and energy on such things. Was this information helpful? |
