I booked uber this morning, got a driver no and cab no. Gave all info abt pickup/drop to the said driver. After 20 min another driver calls me and asks everything again. Driver says prev booking was cancelled by driver. What crap is this? Are we at the mercy o[censored]ber drivers? My stupid decision to change to uber from ola paid off. When you charge penalty if customer cancels booking then what abt the drivers? They must be awarded demerit points if they cancel. They must be heavily punished for delaying customers request. Uber you are losing customers beware that we have many alternatives available in the market.
