Uber has been charging me cancellation charges on my cab on a regular basis even when i am not at fault. A cancellation charge is charged when the driver has to wait for more than 2 minutes and the rider has not arrived. The driver on purpose comes close to the pick up place and cancels on purpose to get rs42 on cancellation. This is as cheating and fleecing the customer regularly. I have been at the receiving end of it 2 times and my wife has been on the receiving end as well. On contacting them on their help section, they do not answer for 3 days and then send a message that the cancellation charge is for the driver's benefit. When infact the driver is the one who is at complete fault.
I would request you to please consider this on an urgent basis. Hope this gets resolved at the earliest.
