Uber India — cab was cancelled and I missed a flight. | |||
I booked an uber cab today to go to the airport. When the driver called me, he informed me that he was coming from kaushambi and i should pay the toll charged to him. I refused as why should i pay, it's not my problem where he's coming from. He cancelled the ride after this and i was charged a cancellation fee of rs. 42 when it wasn't my fault. I tried booking another cab as i had an a flight to catch to bhutan, but i wasn't able to due to the outstanding cancellation fee. I missed my flight due to them and incurred a loss of rs. 30, 000. I should be paid back the rs. 30, 000 which i incurred, and humiliation and harassment charges separately, immediately. I need a reply on the following id within 3 days - [protected]@gmail.com. Otherwise i will file a criminal case against them in consumer court and the police commissioner. The driver concerned was mr. Mohd. C. C. - uber ceo Police commissioner.
