Uber India — cancellation fees & other issues

Dear concerned,

In last 25 days, i have used uber multiple times but out of those around 3-4 occasions, driver did the following acts which are not acceptable

1 cancelled the trip on their own & fees debited to me
2 driver refused to come as payment mode was thru paytm
3 driver refused to go to noida from delhi (Today 27th nov)

Can you please explain and revert
