Whenever i request any ride, the message comes that "you have not paid rs 47.25 for tangra ride". The fact was that on that day, after cab booking, the driver kept me waiting for long time resulting the unnecessary delay to reach my destination by booking another cab for which i had to face tremendous harassment. Driver cancelled the trip from his point after keeping me waiting for the ride. The mater has been reported to you through app for several time. Astonishingly, you charge to your customer for misbehavior and wasting your clients' valuable time by your driver which is o[censored]nique nature. I think i should report to consumer forum to get rid of this harassment.
