Uber India — Charged double time and driver ran away without giving change

I traveled from btm layout to whitefield in bangalore using ubergo on 13th december 2016 at 7:28am. At end of journey billed amount was 544.66 and driver took 2000rs from me and fled away without giving the change. Over that additionally 544 charged to my credit card.
