Uber India — charged rs.186 extra as pending, charged two previous trip fares along with current trip as outstanding amount though ive paid them already

I travelled in a uber auto on 14/02/2020 at chennai. The trip amount was only rs.76. But i’ve been charged rs.262 as outstanding amount. I dont have pending payments for any of the trips taken before. I have paid them by cash already. But the auto driver compelled me to pay rs.262 instead of rs.76. Though i sent message to uber via app there is no response from their side. I’ve been charged rs.186 additionally. I want uber to refund it immediately.
