Uber India — charging cancellation fee | |||||
I was charged wrongly for a cancellation fee by uber. The driver cancelled the ride and refused to come to my specified location. His was rude. Uber refused to entertain my complaint regarding this. There is no way to contact them personally and explain the exact matter to them. Its uber's responsibility to confirm the matter from the customer. They refused any kind of communication. I boarded an Uber Cab (Maruti Suzuki Swift Dezire)at 09:37PMon 15-Oct-2017 from Burari (delhi) to ISBT Kashmiri Gate & the cab drivers name was Ashok. Cab No. is HR63C8608. I forget my phone on car. I called Mr. Ashok then he said I will Send you your phone within 7 Days but He didn't returned my phone. Please Help
