I Booked a Ubergo from 19th main to HSR layout Bangalore on 9th Jan 2017 at 1703hrs. reached my destination. This was done by using my mobile app on phone . I reached my destination that is Ferns Meadows and paid the driver in a sum of Rs 380.93 in cash. Today ( 10th Jan 2017) i booked a Ubergo at 16:12 and was supprised to get a message that I had a pending amount of Rs380.93 and that would be added to my fare today. Before starting the ride today I explained, my problem to the driver and he tried his best to resolve it with his customer care in Uber to no avail. Finally they told him that it would be deducted from his fare and that I had no choice but to pay it.and try to get it back from Uber. On reaching my destination I go a combined Fare demand for Rs 770. This I Paid as I did not want to trouble the Cab driver who had tried his best to help me. . I do not understand how Uber thinks that a Cab driver can drop me at my destination and not collect his fare. If they had any doubt how come they did not send me a message immediately after completing the trip. My app also shows that the amount was paid in Cash.
Hence I request the following from uber
1. Refund the an amount of Rs 380.93
2. Ensure that his does not happen in future not only to me but to other customers.. I am not sure i[censored]ber tomorrow say that i have not paid the amount of Rs 770.
3. Have a better customer support as there seems to be no way I can talk to any body at Uber. Looking at your Website gives a feeling that Uber is not bothered about their Customers
Have tried to contact Uber directly but they do not seem to have any number or email their help website does not work Was this information helpful? |
