Uber India — complaint about cancellation fee | |||
I have booked uber taxi on 19th june 2018 from trivandrum central railway station to dpl junction trivandrum,. The driver accepted the trip and after 5 minutes he cancelled it. But uber charged 42 rupees from my account which i have not paid. I am not ready to pay the cancellation fee as i didn't cancel the trip. But after that whenever i start using uber one message is coming saying that you have 42 rupees balance to pay and you have to pay it with this trip. This is a type of cheating which i never expected from uber. So i request you to settle down the matter Was this information helpful? | |||

I've requested uber to unlock my a/c. it repeatedly asks me to send screen shot of my phone nbr & gives instructions only for iOs or android. i very clear mentioned that I've a windows phone & gave my phone model #too. i still keep getting the same email..
