Uber India — complaint of highly rude behavior of driver

I booked an Uber today around 3.14pm from Indira Nagar, Lucknow. The driver's name was Ashwini, Honda Amaze, 4448/3 (I'm unsure of the last digit) I'm a regular user o[censored]ber as I commute for my office by it. I'm in the habit of always standing at the pick up point at least 4minutes before the driver is about to reach. And I did the same today so while getting down the stairs, I noticed the driver was calling me and by the time I was about to pick his call it got disconnected. I kept calling him since then however his number came busy. And then after 4mins he called and started shouting at me like anything. I told him to speak properly and that I was trying his number I spoke to him using 'Aap' still he kept shouting. Then I decided not to take that ### and asked him to cancel the ride because had I canceled Uber would have charged me. He said he won't and the irony was that he didn't even have to wait. He reached the pick up point 5mins after that I really don't know what was the reason of his fury.
I'd like to suggest Uber to teach some manners and basic etiquette to its drivers to talk to customers especially females. I don't think I'd like to use Uber ever again now.
