[Resolved] Uber India — customer service behaviour | |||
Took a trip dated 28th december, 2017. The upfront fare was shown as rs. 49/- and without any change in trip destination/ route, the amount debited from my account was suddenly rs. 99/- Now the best part starts; lodged a complaint with uber. They reverted back saying upfront fare should be rs. 99/- and marked resolved. I reverted back saying upfront was not 99 and was 49. They replied me back within 3 mins with the same content "upfront fare was rs. 99/-". This continued for another 7 mails. I wonder they expecting that the best way to resolve a problem is to frustrate the customer unless and until he let go his complaint. It is not the amount involved is material, its the mental torture their customer service agents have done through. I have an entire mail trail and trust me just reading the mail trail itself would actually frustrate any1. Bravo to uber india!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
Jan 12, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved No resolution was provided by the UBER India apart from marking the complaint as resolved. They have neither called nor any mail from their end explaining the issue or resolution. Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
