Uber India — deactivation of my account due to their technical issues

Hi

My name is ramesh. I was regular user o[censored]ber to book cabs (Chandigarh). I have attached my debit card with uber so i do not face any change issue for receipt. But for some day i saw very strange issue that they were not charging me for rides. I thought they might have started deduction of amount automatically. This continued for i guess for three of four rides. But one day i was traveling late from new delhi to chandigarh. When i reached chandigarh i tried to book cab but i got msg can't connect to uber. Thought might be network error but my be internet was working well. I tried again and again i couldn't book the cab. So i have to suffer a lot that night about 1 am i have to install other cab service app yo reach home. Due to these circumstances i reached home about 2:30am. I checked next day still same issue.. After 3 days i received a mail that your uber account has been reactivated. They didn't gave any prior notification to suspend my account. Even with the issue i was able to book the ride. I could have pay rest all amount after they solved the issue. But deactivating account without prior notification is not proper way. I could have install other cab app before..
