Uber India — double charge for one trip | |||||
On 6.12.17 driver hosain took cash payment from me saying he did not receive paytm money. Later i found amount was also taken from my paytm account. Ride was in kolkata. My phone no is [protected]. I request a refund for this trip amount. I had never used paytm before. Uber had credited 84 rs for unreasonable charge taken from me before. To utilise that i added 500 rs from my bank and made paytm balance 584. After the trip my balance reduced to 415. I want my 169 rs back. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||||
