The driver was highly unprofessional, disrespectful and impolite. There was an issue with the cab door which my father informed the driver. The driver shouted at my father and cancelled the ride. He then abused my father and came out of his car to fight with him. He was such a rude guy. Such attitude of drivers are not expected. It feels like its so unsafe to travel with your company. I want you to take strict action against the driver so that such things are not repeated in future. I also think there should be some call center numbers listed where we can call and register complains.
Uber is running there business and they don’t care about the customer complains, what they care about is making money. Was this information helpful? |
