I had booked a trip this morning (Dec 5) on uber with my phone app. After receiving confirmation about taxi being 16 minutes away a few minutes later the driver called me (Not from the number listed in uber) asked where i want to go and then cancelled.
Uber found me another cab - and the same process repeated with driver cancelling
Uber has found me the third cab this morning who is hopefully coming.
This process has led to a delay of almost an hour and this service is unacceptable.
Please take serious action against the first 2 drivers and let me know what you have done so that i can consider further action from my side. Was this information helpful? |
