Uber India — Driver cancelled the ride and we paid the fraudulent charges. | |||||
I was incorrectly charged a cancellation fee. We booked Uber Cab at Spices and Herbs Restaurant at Gandhinagar Location on 27th April 2017 Thursday. We called the driver (Sandip) and the driver seemed very illetrate as he was not ready to understand what we were saying he just said that he is on the way after 15 minutes the driver cancelled the trip by himself, we were waiting for him and he did not even arrive and then after we were charged 55RS for the Cancellation done by the Uber Driver. I am enclosing the screenshot of the amount deducted and the driver's details who cancelled the cab and other details of the fraudulent charges. I request you to take up this matter urgently to help me recover my money. Also take serious action on the company for leving unwanted cancellation charges. Was this information helpful? | |||||
