Uber India — uber eats wrongly charged | |||
I tried ordering food online on 29th may, 2109 and did the payment through my Citibank credit card of rupees 113, money deducted but order was not placed. I did the same twice both the times money deducted but order was not placed. I contacted Uber support team on this one, they said this was due to the technical issue and the money will be credited back to your account within 3-5 days. I haven't received my money back yet and when I try to contact them I don't get any satisfactory answers. I want Uber eats to know that I need 226 rupees credited back to my account asap. I am done taking follow ups with their filthy mobile support team. I am sharing the screenshot of the transaction happened that day. Was this information helpful? | |||
