Uber India — Driver misbehaving | |||||
Dear sir, I booked a cab from my location to railway station Indore on 28th Feb 2017 at 4:35 pm approx. The driver arrived late by almost 10 mins. Then he refused to go to the desired side of railway station and said will charge extra . We agreed to pay whatever amount comes up but he said he will charge ₹ 50.00 above the bill amount which is against the rules. So I left the cab n paid the amount upto where I travelled. Took an auto n reached railway station just in time. Driver name: Gulsingh, car: Indigo MP09CK1136. Pls take some action so customers don't suffer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
