On 5th of july, two of my colleagues and i booked a uber to go to our workplace at around 9a. M. After picking us up the driver said he want to eat something as he had not eaten anything. But i resisted as the trip has already started and there are money (Fare) constraints, time constraints or else he should not have accepted the ride. But he was astonishingly very rude saying it's urgent or otherwise he could drop us off immediately.
Then we argued saying we won't pay him anything if we don't reach our location.
When we were about to reach the location he refused to drop us in the exact location, and forced us to get off in a random location nearby. Again we argued and and were very angry at his behaviour. But he was surprisingly so adamant that he said he didn't even care about money. But still i gave him the money.
But i am surprised seeing his rating above 4.5 out of 5 and conversation apprised in the uber app! I have never seen a cab driver acting so weirdly. So i kindly asking uber to take strict action against him and teach code of conduct with customer.
