Uber India — Driver refused to drive me to my destination after coming to the pickup locations. I had to cancelled and was charged by uber for cancellation.

I booked a trip with ubermoto at 9:55 am on 26th april 2017 in gurgaon, india. The driver (Bhupender), after coming to my pick-up location 10 mins after i had booked, says that he will not go to my destination and that i have to cancel the trip. I did not receive any calls from him in the time he took to come to my location. I got late for work and on cancelling the trip i was also charged rs. 15 by uber for cancellation. This is just ridiculous that even though i am provided bad service from uber, i am charged a penalty (Of rs. 15) by them.

Me . I request you to look into the matter
& do the needful to remove the unnecessary charges so that I can go for next without any outstanding.
