Uber India — driver took money on non cash trip..

I took a trip from vasanth nagar to ashok nagar driver name is thippeswamy. I took this trip on thursday 22nd march. Uber pool amount was showing 39 in my app but driver showed 150 rs as payment amount. I was so shocked i couldn’t fight with driver as he was rude. Some priyanka and chandveer replied from uber support that not possible to return or credit the money. I wouldn’t be wasting my time to write the e mail to them if i have not lost my money. Why should i encourage ppl who take money from someone unethically? When you have not earned you have no right to keep someone’s hard earned money.
