First i wanted to cancel the order as soon as in secs the order was placed and the order was placed using paytm but the order went through without any authentication and the person from uber in call said that the order went through without any authentication due to their technical glitch and they will look after to get that resolved but won't make for the problem because of that as i'm the order it since the order wasn't placed due to technical glitch but only the payment processed due to technical glitch finally i ended up getting a good which i don't even want. Next thing i see a promotion from the restaurant which didn't apply to my order so the order was 170 for the thing which cost around 70 using the promotion. So i thought of at least getting back the extra money i spent and reached their customer care but i got a reply saying the said promotion binge80 isn't applicable to the said restaurant. But the thing is the promotion has been advertised in the restaurant page and i'm enclosing the screenshot here, every single time i always face this kind of problem with uber customer service. The executives don't even spend time to read a customer's complaint and reply customers with their default copy paste answers.
