Uber India — duplicate charge twice but no refund | |||||
I have traveled in uber on 27.02.2018 and got a bill of rs. 465.61 to be paid online. While trying to pay, the amount has been deducted twice from my registered bank account. Even then the payment was not processed so i paid via paytm. The payment via paytm was accepted but duplicate deduction twice was made from my savings bank account associated with uber. I have requested refund of twice duplicate deduction from my bank account i. E of rs. 931.22 (Rs. 465.61 x 2), but no proper action from uber even after passing of 18 days counting. I hereby request refund of 931.22 deducted from my savings bank account associated with uber. Was this information helpful? | |||||
